Interested in Joining the Team?
I'm changing what you know about joining a group practice. I'm focused on creating a team with unique abilities to better serve our community. I am most interested in partnering with individuals who use one or more of the following modalities: EMDR, IFS, EFT, DBT, and play therapy. I would love to have someone on board who does couples and/or family therapy. The ability to work with kids is also a plus, but not necessary. An understanding that a holistic approach to wellness is necessary to healing is important. Having a background with mindfulness based practices is wonderful. I want to be as inclusive as possible in the services we offer so that we can reach a diverse population.

Paid $70-87.50/clinical hour for providing individual therapy, depending on education and experience

Expectations within the contract would also include that you consistently schedule 20 hours per week with clients, timely and accurate completion of documentation, and 60 days notice if you would like to move on from IGW. You are in charge of your schedule, however, so you get to choose what days and times you work. Must reside in the state of Washington.
